We chose the Garage Reset and it was exactly what we needed — not fancy, just clean, organized, and functional. Everything has a place now.
Garage Reset pricing is based on garage size and overall density of contents.
Base pricing:
1-Car Reset: $699
2-Car Reset: $999
3-Car Reset: $1,399
Heavy-density garages, excessive loose items, construction materials, or attic/storage overflow may require a Heavy Garage adjustment. Final scope is confirmed on arrival before work begins.
Yes — we move standard household garage items including shelving, bins, tools, bikes, and moderate-weight equipment.
Extremely heavy items (large safes, commercial equipment, etc.) may require special handling and will be reviewed in advance.
If your garage includes attic or overhead storage, let us know in advance. Accessing and reorganizing overhead storage may require additional time and will be reviewed as part of scope confirmation.
We sweep and leave the space clean and functional. This is not a detailing service. We do not pressure wash, paint, epoxy floors, or provide construction services.
Loose hardware is consolidated and organized into containers when appropriate. If items are no longer useful, we’ll confirm before discarding.
The goal is to create function and space — not to pack everything back in. If there is more inventory than space allows, we’ll walk through options with you:

You stay in control of the decisions.
No custom carpentry or fabrication. We focus on practical organization using accessible, retail storage solutions. If you’d like custom cabinetry or build-outs, we’re happy to refer trusted local partners.
Final payment is collected at the end of the job once the scope is completed and approved. We accept cash or all major credit cards.
Yes. Many clients schedule a Reset before cabinet or flooring installation to ensure the space is cleared and ready.

You don’t need a plan — that’s what we bring.
Nope. This is cleaning, organization, and a functional garage reset. We don’t operate as a junk removal service or haul items away. You stay in control of what stays, is donated, or discarded.
During the garage reset, items are clearly sorted and organized. Anything you decide to donate or dispose of will be placed neatly into heavy-duty contractor bags or a designated area.
If your household garbage bins are empty, we can place approved items there. For larger amounts, we can help coordinate donation pickup or hauling through trusted partners, or make other arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Hauling and disposal are not included by default and are handled separately to keep the process flexible and transparent.
No custom cabinetry. If you choose, we can install simple, practical storage—such as bins, shelving, hooks, and wall-mounted systems—using off-the-shelf solutions purchased by the homeowner.
We confirm scope and pricing on arrival before work begins. If the garage requires additional time due to heavy or bulky items not visible in the photos, we’ll review any Heavy Garage adjustment with you first. Nothing starts without your approval.
Most garages are completed in one day. We reserve one full day per client to ensure the job is done properly and without rushing.
A $199 reservation deposit is required to hold your date and is applied to your final bill. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled date. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit due to reserved time.
We’ll help you decide exactly what storage makes sense and provide a simple shopping list if needed. Storage is purchased by the homeowner to keep costs transparent and flexible.
You don’t need to be present the entire day, but we do recommend being available during the clear-out phase.

Yes. Mike’s Garage Transformations is fully insured for residential work.
